The Black Stories are a brand of riddles. They are a commercial variation of situation puzzles. Typically, the stories are about strange criminal cases, often involving a dead person. The criminal case has to be solved by the audience. Different decks of card with different topics are available.
Equipment
To play the game, you need a few of the stories available.
Procedure
The trainer presents (reads) the story and explains the rules of the game. Then, the other players (at least those who don't know the riddle and its solution) may ask questions to the trainer. However, the trainer may only answer with "yes" or "no" (or "invalid question"). Using those hints, the participants have to solve the mystery of the criminal case, so identify the murderer or find out why the persion died.
