Donkey's tail is a coordination game for smaller children. It is often played at birthday parties.
Equipment
- the drawing of a donkey (lacking a tail)
- pin (probably disguised as "donkey's tail".
- pin board
- blindfolds
Procedure
One player is blindfolded. He then has to attach the tail to the drawing of the donkey. There are several variations how he can manage to do so:
- without any help
The player is starting at a predefined position and has to reach the donkey by moving straight forward. The player to place his tail nearest to the correct position wins the game.
- teams and verbal commands
The game can be played by several competing teams, where the teams help its members to find the correct aim by giving verbal hints.
- steering a robot
Similar to the game robot, the blindfolded player can be steered by clapping on his right and left shoulders.
