The scavenger hunt is a wide game in a forest for two or more groups. Usually, one group prepares the hunt, the others have to finish it.
Equipment
The group to prepare the hunt need equipment to mark the way. Best suited is of course anything that is biodegradable, like all natural material like stones, leaves, branches, but also saw dust, .. You can also use wool, paper, or any other material, but you should collect it again after finishing the game.
Procedure
Two or more groups are selected. The first one prepares the hunt. They should prepare a longer track that is from time to time marked in suitable way so that their track can be followed. Of course, the hunt should be solvable, so don't just put one stone every 100 meters - that's usually too less. You don't need to make it too obvious, on the other hand.
The second group has to follow the first after some time, and try to follow their prepared track.
