Search for marbles is am game for groups of about 10 to 20 players. An empty room with black-out curtains and a planar floor is required.
Required equipment
- at least 100 marbles (or the like)
Preparation
All obstacles (for instance, tables) are removed from the room. This should include all dangerous things that could hurt people when the room is darkened.
The players are split in several groups that stand in different corners of the room.
The referee puts all marbles to the center of the room. The room is darkened, and the game starts.
Procedure
The players now work in complete darkness. The aim of the groups is to collect as many marbles as possible. The referee can switch the light on during the game from time to time for a few seconds to simplify the task (especially if there are many people in a big room).
When the referees stop the game, the light is switched on again. Of course, no marbles may be collected then. Winner is the group that collects the most marbles.
