Test of courage is a simple trust building game for two participants.
Equipment
You don't need any equipment.
Procedure
The two players are standing behind each other. The player in the front increases his body tension and lets himself fall backwards. The second player has to catch him in time and put him upright again.
Both should start with a short drop only, an increase the "falling time" only slowly. The trust necessary to drop backwards should never be violated!
