Who are you a' shoving is a group dynamic coordination game. Several teams can compete each other.
Equipment
Several small fields have to be marked. You can use chalk or adhesive tape for that, or you can use structures already available (floor tiles, etc.).
Preparation
Mark a small field for each team. The field should be small compared to the size of the team. Depending on the level of difficulty, only about half of the team members should be able to stand inside.
Procedure
The task is quite simple to explain, but harder to accomplish: All members of the team should move inside their playing field. They may lift and hold each other, but they may not use any additional tools. The team gets one point for each player inside the field. As "inside" every player counts that is standing inside the field or is lifted above it; of course, people may "violate the airspace" outside their field, but they may not touch the floor (or wall, or furniture, etc.) outside their field.
You can define a time limit, and count the valid players inside the field at the end of that time.
