The Yurt (or: yurt circle) is a simple trust building game. The basic idea is simple, but it can be tricky to achieve the goal. The game is played when standing in a circle, with as many players as possible (not less than 10 or so).

Equipment

You don't need any equipment.

Procedure

The players are standing in a circle and hold each other's hands. Around the circle, each player gets an ascending number. All players with odd numbers lean inwards, while the players with even numbers lean outwards. Nobody can fall over, since he still holds the hands of his two neighbors (leaning in the opposite direction, of course). Then, the directions are changed: odd numbers lean outwards, while even number lean inwards.
